How NOURISH-HEAL-THRIVE Works

This program is divided into 3 powerful phases, each designed to guide you deeper into healing.

The NOURISH phase (10 weeks) is about reconnecting with YOUR body. Through this experiential process, you’ll learn how to confidently listen to your body, and integrate Intuitive Eating into your daily life.

What you’ll experience in this phase:

  • Week 1-2: Overcome the fear of weight gain, silence your inner “food police” and build an eating pattern that actually supports YOUR life

  • Week 3-4: Connect to your different levels of hunger, fullness, cravings signals (no more being stressed or confused by it!) and confidently respond to each without rules or control.

  • Week 5-6: Enjoy ANY food without the “last supper mentality," feeling “out-of-control” or food guilt.

  • Week 7-8: Understand the truth about “binge eating” and “emotional eating” and learn compassionate strategies to navigate it when it happens

  • Week 9-10: Explore and heal your relationship exercise and learn how to care about “healthy eating” WITHOUT feeling obsessed or fear-mongered by Diet Culture


In the HEAL phase (10 weeks), experience the “magic” of transforming how you see, feel and care for your body and rebuild your relationship with your body from the inside out.

Body image healing isn’t about loving your body every day. It’s about seeing your body as worthy every day no matter what.

What you’ll experience in this phase:

  • Week 1-2: Heal your dieting trauma through shared compassion and feel the body shame dissolve in a safe, supportive space.

  • Week 3-4: Dismantle all the lies about your body you learned from Diet Culture and see it with new awe and wonder!

  • Week 5-6: Your body deserves to feel good NOW. Navigate triggering moments and build self-care practices to send a powerful message to your body that its needs matter.

  • Week 7-8: Detach your worth from your body and explore who you are beyond your body by reconnecting with your deeper identity, values, and life purpose.

  • Week 9-10: Practice embodying your NEW body image story and start showing up as the most authentic and confident YOU.


The THRIVE phase (6 weeks) is the final embodiment phase where health feels good and sustainable, because you take care of yourself from a place of respect and love, NOT from fear or control. Experience how it feels to thrive in your well-being—FREE from food and body struggles.

What you’ll experience in this phase:

  • Week 1-2: Continued integration of “healthy nutrition” and “exercise” WHILE protecting your healthy/happy relationship with food and body!

  • Week 3-4: Learn to take care of your TRUE health (NOT focused on weight or BMI) and how to communicate with healthcare providers to advocate for your needs

  • Week 5-6: Celebrate your growth as you FEEL how empowering and good it feels physically, emotionally, mentally as you continue to care for yourself from a place of connection and trust with your body, not from fear or control!

I’m so glad you found your way here with such commitment to your healing.

In the past 12 years of working with women(primarily) of all ages—from teenagers with eating disorders to mature women in their 60s still struggling in the yoyo-dieting cycle—my passion and conviction to fight against Diet Culture and support those seeking to heal their relationship with food and body has continued to grow.

Through the work with my incredibly brave clients and also with my background from spending the first 7 years of my career in a college counseling center alongside incredible therapist colleagues, I’ve came to see what was really at the DEEPEST roots of food+body struggles for many. It was not just about the food or obsession with the “body,” it was a deeper struggle stemming from questions of innate worthiness, unhealed diet trauma, unmet needs (needs for love, safety, connection, security), which all resonated with me deeply to my core. And often those struggles were so much amplified by the feelings of isolation.

So I created the first version of this group program 7 years ago with a vision to provide a safe space of community and a FULL and COMPLETE foundation to heal your relationship with food+body from the deepest parts of your struggles (that can often be subconscious!) The program has evolved beautifully through more than 15 cohorts to date and I am so blessed to be able to say that it has changed countless lives.
